"Always burning my self with this straightener. So awkward having the hot plates sticking out which makes it very dangerous. Very poor design. I burnt my ear really badly and am always burning my hand if I don’t keep my hand at the very end of the handle. I complained and they were quite rude even though they did offer a refund in the end. But it was lock down and they wanted me to post them back so I just gave up. Decided to write this review after burning my self again. Wouldn’t recommend."
