Is probably going to take alot longer, than I thought. Not takin g away anything from the Derma Wav. At 86 will persevere, & thankyou for the opportunity to do so.

Battery life great. Took a bit of working out how to use. But i managed to get it working. No info on use, even vidoes werent that easy to follow. Mixed results do far. Have only used once or twice a week. Upset scar on face

I’m sorry to hear that the device caused irritation around your scar. As mentioned in the instruction manual, the DermaWav should not be used on inflamed areas of skin, open wounds, rashes, or broken capillaries, as these areas can be more sensitive and may react differently to microcurrent technology. Avoiding these zones will help ensure a more comfortable and effective experience.
The DermaWav also features a smart‑touch switch, meaning it automatically turns on when it makes contact with the skin. We understand this can take a little getting used to, but it’s designed to make operation simple once familiar.

I haven't had my DermaWav for long but it is easy to use and does make my face feel smoother after use. With continued use I think it will definitely be of benefit.
